About Emma:

Emma is a fitness and wellbeing expert with over 20 years of experience, from running gyms to competing as a professional bodybuilder. Through her own journey, she discovered that the traditional fitness model, built on extreme diets and all-or-nothing programmes, often leaves women exhausted and disconnected from their bodies.

After rebuilding her health from the inside out, Emma realised that real transformation comes from alignment, not punishment.
