Hello! I'm Sara Davis and before I founded The Mindset Model there was a lifetime of chasing success, collecting job titles, and trying to squeeze my wild, creative soul into boxes that were never built for me. I’ve been a Pole-Dancer, a zookeeper, a wedding coordinator, a model, a corporate trainer, a manager, a presenter, and let me tell you, every version of me has taught me something priceless. I wasn’t lost. I was learning. Evolving. Becoming. And through it all, I was waking up to a deeper truth: no job, no title, no external win will ever compare to the power of coming home to who you really are.
Yes, I’ve worn heels on stage and steel-toed boots behind the scenes. I’ve made people laugh, cry, and cheer, and I’ve rebuilt my life more than once. I’ve stood in rooms where I didn’t feel like I belonged, and I’ve created my own stage when doors didn’t open. I’ve walked through fire mentally, and emotionally - and turned my scars into stories that inspire. I’m not here to preach from a pedestal. I’m here to show what’s possible when you own your story and stop waiting for permission to rise.
It took a life-altering accident to strip away everything I thought made me “successful”- and in the quiet that followed, I heard the call of my purpose louder than ever. That was my turning point. After ten years of deep mindset work, soul-searching, personal development and raw life experience, I created The Mindset Model: a movement that combines mindset science, soulful embodiment, and fierce self-belief to help people rewrite their story- and actually live it.
