Terms and Conditions 

 

These Terms and Conditions of purchase relate to the delivery of the Actually, I Can! LIMITLESS The Membership.  Please read them carefully. 

 

We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. 

 

On successful completion of your subscription, you will be sent a copy of these terms along with your login information. Should you have any problems with logging in please email us at [email protected]  Please also contact us if you have any questions about the membership. 

 

Should we need to make any amendments to these terms during your time within the membership, you will be notified as soon as possible by email. 

 

The Terms of Use for our Site, Privacy Notice and Disclaimer can be found on separate pages and you should refer to those as they set out important information about the way we use and store your data. 

 

Membership Outline 

‘LIMITLESS’ The Membership is a membership for entrepreneurs who want to learn how to grow their business. The membership is an ongoing commitment where you can get regular support and guidance.  

The aim is to provide support and guidance on the strategies which businesses need to help grow. The information is not tailored to any specific industry or any one person or business but includes information which has been tested and used across a range of different industries. Should you need specific or bespoke support then please contact us to enquire about our one to one services or our mastermind. 

 

 

Membership Specifics 

There are five elements to the membership: 

  1. i) 1 Monthly Q&A Session with Kayleigh 
  2. ii) 1 Monthly Guest Expert session with external guests 

iii) 1 Monthly training with Kayleigh 

  1. iv) A Private Portal with access to resources and replays 
  2. v) A private community 

 

Live Guest Experts 

The live masterclasses will be led by a different expert each month who are specialists in different areas of online businesses.  

The live expert sessions will take place via Zoom for approximately 1 hour. Live expert calls are held on the chosen Monday of the month at 7.30pm BST. 

The aim for the guest expert sessions is to provide you with new knowledge. 

Training Sessions and Question & Answer Sessions with Kayleigh 

Each month you will receive 1 training lead by Kayleigh and 1 Question and Answer session lead by Kayleigh. All of the trainings and Q&As will be delivered via Zoom and hosted by Kayleigh. This will provide you with the opportunity to learning from the trainings and ask questions that relate to your business. The dates and times of these sessions will vary and will be sent out in advance via email. 

 

 

The private Membership Portal 

The membership portal is provided via a third-party digital platform Kajabi. You will have access to this content continuously whilst you pay your monthly or annual subscription.  Actually, I Can! Ltd reserve the right to withdraw and update the training videos, workbook and resources when necessary. 

All membership materials and information are confidential and may only be used by the Client as expressly authorised by Kayleigh Greenacre and Actually, I Can! Ltd. 

The reproduction, distribution, and/or sale of any information or materials provided is strictly prohibited. 

 

Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property in respect of digital lessons, resources and live coaching. This means that whilst you are free to use the material or print out a copy, you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share our products with third parties. 

 

Private Group 

You will have access to a private community group on Facebook. Actually, I Can! Ltd make no guarantees that Facebook will be available to you at any given time. 

 

Participants are requested to keep the content of any personal or business information disclosed within the group confidential. Actually, I Can! Ltd are not responsible for any third party disclosures. 

 

All participants are requested to be kind and courteous to others in the group at all times. Actually, I Can! Ltd reserve the right to remove any participant from the group immediately should they consider that there has been inappropriate behaviour. Actually, I Can! Ltd do not tolerate bullying, racism or sexism of any kind. 

  

 

 

Warranties, Disclaimers and Liabilities 

The information provided within the Actually, I Can! ‘LIMITLESS’ The Membership is designed to support you with growing your business. 

 

In promoting this membership we have utilised testimonials and affiliate marketing from prior clients. All testimonials have been given freely and represent each individual’s own opinion. 

 

All participants should be aware that the trainings and live sessions shall be recorded and the recordings stored and made available for viewing by other participants in the course. Any recordings shall be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

 

We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of any participant. Each individual is unique and their business, career and situation are unique to them. 

 

We have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. 

 

You should be aware that coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis or any other form of mental health care treatment or therapy, nor is it to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business or other qualified professionals.  Should you require advice you must see a third-party professional. 

 

Contact and Schedule 

It is the intention that the membership will run continuously and that any training material, live Q&As and live masterclass sessions will be provided as set out above. Should an unforeseen reason arise which cause a session(s) to be postponed they will be re-arranged as soon as possible.  

Throughout the membership we will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm via [email protected] and will respond as soon as possible and within 48 hours during the hours stated.  

If you have a technical query relating to accessing the membership please include “Tech” in the subject line of your email correspondence. 

You may see us post on social media outside of our core hours. Not all of these posts are live and some will be pre-scheduled. We are passionate about supporting everyone in the membership and where we can we may respond to you out of hours but we make no guarantees that this will always be possible. 

  

Payment Terms 

The cost of the membership is set at the time you subscribe. On subscription you will agree to monthly payments via Stripe which will be taken on the same day each month.  

The membership subscription is entirely flexible. Once you have paid your monthly or annual fee you will gain access to all of the membership benefits. Should you wish to cancel your subscription you should email us at [email protected] and we can support you in cancelling your subscription. Should you seek to cancel the subscription close to the billing period renewal date you may still be charged for a further month during which you can continue to use the benefits of the membership. 

  

Privacy and Confidentiality 

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy which can be found on our website www.actuallyican.co.uk  

We utilise Kajabi to manage our communications with you as well as outlook and Facebook. 

During the course of the membership you may have access to confidential information, in particular the personal affairs of others on the course. In accepting these terms, you agree that you will not use or disclose to any person, organisation or company, and shall use your best endeavours to prevent the publication of, any confidential information relating to any other member.   

You accept that any unauthorised disclosure of personal or confidential information belonging to another may amount to immediate dismissal from the membership. Should you decide to leave the Membership then you remain bound by the confidentiality and privacy obligations. 

  

Refunds and Cancellation  

It is our aim that you will be completely happy with the Membership and find educational content, networking opportunities and form friendships. However, we appreciate that there may come a time when you wish to leave the Membership.  

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the date of subscription. Refund requests should be made in writing to [email protected] and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days. 

In the event that one or more training sessions have already taken place, or that you have accessed any of the training material, or community groups within the first 14 days following your subscription, you are still entitled to request a refund but the value of the content which you have accessed shall be deducted from the amount paid by you, along with any reasonable costs which have been borne by us in respect of the administrative costs of commencing the membership.  

There is no obligation on us to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14 day cancellation period. 

Should you wish to cancel your membership you can do so at any time by emailing us at [email protected]  You must cancel before your next payment is due. 

We reserve all rights to cancel the programme for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstance a refund will be provided for the remainder of that month as applicable.  

 

Intellectual Property  

During your time as a member you will be provided with course materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights. 

  

Complaints  

If you have a complaint about the programme this should be made to made in writing to Kayleigh [email protected] 

  

Law and Jurisdiction 

These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
